3. Payments

• Pricing starts from £3,500+ depending on project scope
• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice
• Late payments may delay project delivery

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed for your automations
• Grant required system access (Gmail, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Ensure you have permission to use any data you provide
• Respond in a timely manner

5. Intellectual Property

• Nexa retains rights to internal frameworks and automation templates
• You receive full rights to your specific custom-built automation

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data caused by third-party tools
• Misuse of automations outside intended scope
• Downtime caused by external APIs or integrations

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Completed work remains billable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK law.
